comfy bed heated gear room non-functional plugs disruptive housekeeping
The room was clean with a good shower. a comfy bed was available and i could enjoy a beautiful view! it also had a super convenient heated ski gear room. Therefore, i did not need to bring wet gear back to the room.
For a new hotel, not much is functional. For instance, plugs and usb ports did not work well. i think this timing disrupts use of the room after hiking or enjoying the area.

adequate location, some disappointing aspects
dishware issue no safe
the location was decent. it was reasonably close to the town center.
The room wasn't cleaned daily. this was actually advertised so i was surprised. also, the dishware wasn't cleaned during the limited service. there was no safe in the room either. I expected more security.

The location worked well. It was an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The room had a washing machine and dryer. I also had a wonderful view of the lake and the town. The staff was friendly and the room felt clean.
The room lacked opening windows. It got very hot in the summer sun. The air conditioning was constantly on full. This made it hard to sleep.
